The hotel was just off good restaurants and cafes, only 30 steps from one of the most beautiful bays. the unit we got was modern and airy with incredible attention to detail, like the bunk bed.

Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They even arranged a tour of Ha Long Bay for me, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The hotel's location on a nice street in a local residential area added to its charm. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Deja Vu House. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and maintained, with modern and clean rooms. The staff, especially Kazi, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast menu was impressive, with a variety of delicious smoothies and juices to choose from. We also loved the cozy cafe area in the hotel, perfect for relaxing. The location, though quiet, is in a beautiful neighborhood with lovely coffee shops and a great Japanese restaurant nearby. we highly recommend Deja Vu House for a clean, modern, and enjoyable stay in Ha Long.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, facilities and staff. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed super comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the free bicycles that allowed us to explore the local area easily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Worst aspect was that the hotel was not obvious to find at first.
